George Stobart, American, wise cracker, cynic and reluctant point and click hero of the broken sword games by Rebellion.
When George Stobart goes on an extended holiday to Paris little does he know that he will face Templar's, serial killers and explosive clowns in a race round the globe. He finds murder intrigue and a love interest in the form of Nicole Collard, a french photo journalist on the trail of a serial killing clown.
The wit, beauty and insanity that make up this classic adventure are unsurpassed by any other game in the genre (with the possible exception of legend of monkey island), the background art drawn by Dave Gibbons has a rich colourful illustrated style and the animation is very life like.
The first game in the series has been released for the Wii and DS in directors cut with new scenes and an added story arc, if you missed this game the first time round then nows the best time to give it a try.
